Cruelty fine

B.C. couple fined $700 for animal cruelty.

“We definitely had some major concerns about the care of the animals, including lack of water, poor sanitation and untreated injuries,” said SPCA Special Provincial Const. Chad Bohana.

“The majority of the animals were housed in an outbuilding with no ventilation, feces built up in the cages, no water and cage sizes too small for the species.”

Kuberski and Bunker will have to give away some 20 animals that remain on the farm, including horses, a boar, some wolf-dog hybrids and a coatimundi — a raccoon-like mammal native to Central and South America.

I have known and been to this place for many years, and purchased a pup from her several years back too. Though he was a nice boy. I did not have the proper way to have such a dog at the time so he was also chained every day and eventually due to my own irresponsibility he is now dead. A good breeder would not have even placed him with me, he was sick upon coming to me too. I saw first hand the out of control collecting problem she had, she had over 60 canines alone on chains, and in tiny cages this did not include all the other species of animals. I also helped her attain an illegal animal from a very bad zoo which eventually got found out. I am sorry I ever crossed paths. She also is a breeder of malamutes, siberian huskies and wolfdogs. very sad! here is the spcas article
