The president of the Toronto Humane Society and other senior staff have had their court cases put over to Feb. 2.Tim Trow and four senior staffers were represented by lawyers Monday on animal cruelty charges. They were arrested on Nov. 26 during a raid by the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

The five were charged with animal cruelty, conspiracy to commit an indictable offence of animal cruelty, and obstructing a peace officer.

More than a dozen board members had their cases on provincial offences put over to Feb. 16.
