PETA bunnies

Anti-fur, pro-frostbite.

The protest has come to be known by its slogan, “I’d rather go naked than wear fur.”

“It has that shock and awe factor,” protester Kristina Addington told CBC News, as her eyes watered up in the cold. “This is not something you see everyday and it makes people come over and talk to us.”

Addington, along with Elise Mittag wore bunny ears and cotton tails, and undergarments. Beyond that, the only thing shielding them from total exposure were their signs.

The stunt attracted some men snapping pictures using cameras in their cellphones. Many motorists also honked their horns, showing some form of approval.
